It is merely a compilation of advice copied from other books and authors. The points that are made are too brief, there is barely anything to be learned. This is because it is so short. I do not recommend this book.

Henry doesn't seem like he has much experience in dealing with assertive type issues. The suggestions are unpractical and would not result in any positive gain for the readers.
