2. Provide a solid structure to land the vast amount of ideas it continuously generates.
3. Equip you with navigation instruments to keep you on track towards where you want to go, and
4. Give you tools to “break time” and “break action” to really get things done.

Who am I to write this book?
I´ve been a very successful executive (in a Fortune Top 50 company). I´ve achieved everything that is important to me, yet I´ve lived with undiagnosed ADHD for 55 years.
After my diagnosis two years ago, I was in disbelief and even in anger. . . How can they tell me that I have this “problematic condition” if I’ve never struggled with it and I have accomplished everything I’ve wanted? But, in retrospect, I did struggle.
But somehow I found a way to deal with it. I found a method that works for me.
Despite the fact that a lively mind is challenging and sometimes I wish I could just turn it off, I love its high-capacity, dynamic and creative nature. There are many bright sides to this wild horse-type of mind if you learn NOT to tame it (or drug it), but to RIDE it.
Is it difficult to deal with it sometimes? Yes. But the characteristics of the lively mind (like distraction, hyperactivity, impulsivity, daydreaming) can be extremely useful in many areas.

By Timm Rodgers This is an excellent book with many useful ideas and references for people who have "active minds". The book is well-organized, easy to follow, and gives numerous tips for embracing your active mind. I plan on using several of the ideas presented myself in organizing my thoughts and life more effectively. I have also made note of the useful apps recommended by the author that will be helpful organizers and time savers. Since the author writes from her personal experiences, the book is very relevant for those of us who also have some traits of an "active mind". I highly recommend this book for anyone who feels they have an active mind,or has been diagnosed with ADHD and is looking for ways to embrace this kind of thinking process. It is also an excellent reference book for educators and parents to understand students and children with active minds and to give helpful focusing tools. I am a retired teacher and i give this book an A+!

By Amazon Customer Many of these books are written by people we think were born with a gift, people who are already disciplined and find it easier to focus on their goals. Although I can’t underestimate their influence on me, I just didn’t feel 100% identified with their histories, there was always that little voice in my head that said "Sure! These people were born with that great skill! What about me, who wasn’t born with that spark?”This book tells the story of a person who had the “excuse” of having ADHD and either way become successful. Who better than someone who fought and overcame a medical condition, related to focus and concentration, to give you tips to prevent procrastination and overwhelm, and to organize your life?This is a book that not only contains the best tips from the best, but it's written by someone whom I can really identify with and say "Wow! If she could overcome it, I can, I have no more excuses!
