The author's smooth, breezy style indeed complimented the gravity of the topics covered in every chapter. Ms Fox has truthfully exposed all the complicated layers of our interpersonal relationships which we experience throughout our lives. Never preachy, the author simply makes sense of those common issues which become centers of conflict between women and our men. She allows us to believe in ourselves as well as recognizing and avoiding harmful situations. She encourages all women to be strong and to truly value ourselves. I wholeheartedly recommend this book to women and their partners who seek clarity, love, and joy in their lives.

The book specifically addresses relationships between men and women, but most of the advice can be applied to any toxic relationship in your life. I love Chapter 4 where the author explains how we need to change ourselves instead of trying to change 'him'. She explains that when we change our behavior other people HAVE to change how they react to us. Such great advice! The book is good old fashioned advice. It's information that should be reread periodically. We all need a refresher for our relationships now and then! Bravo!

It has a lot of great advice on how to find your dream man and what red flags to look for in your relationship. I like how the author shares her experiences from her past relationships...I found myself relating to a lot of them. She found her dream man, and now I am inspired - there is hope! It was a quick and easy read, and I am recommending it to my friends.
