Interesting and Diverse Characters, Strong Worldbuilding, and Engaging Read By Christina Escamilla With an interesting and diverse cast of characters, the author paints a novel that is not your typical YA paranormal fantasy. Victoria, the main character, is extremely realistic and I enjoyed how well the author captured her teen angst in the midst of such a bleak tragedy. The plot is really interesting overall and although, there are a few errors and areas that could be tightened, Victoria's world is definitely one worth knowing.

A good amount of action, some laughs, some tears, and a dangerous world of witches, werewolves, vampires, and a few other things I won't spoil. Worth the read!
