If you're a fan of the series, you can expect the usual tropes and setups of previous books working well to give you a fun romantic comedy. However, compared to previous digital releases, there were a few panels with blank bubbles throughout the book. I think I counted 4 or 5 during my read through. In one particular section of a chapter, I assumed the dialogue was supposed to be heart warming, but the lack of text just made me confused momentarily before I inferred from the drawings. My experience with viz products have usually been good, so this QA miss is a bit puzzling. I'm hoping this gets revised for the digital version and for the eventual print

Who’s extremely protective of her sister, and very biased against Raku. There’s also some possible crush coming there, though hopefully it’ll just go into friendship with related interests. There’s Haru’s best friend, in a situation much like Onodera and Ruri’s relationship. And then Paula shows up, coming to school to be closer to Tsugumi. I like Paula, and I’m interested to see her form real friendship with other students.I love all the characters in this series, how different each one is, and how complex they’re made. I do find the harem style a bit much at times, especially since there’s about a dozen girls at this point and only two boys, with only one of those boys as a real interest to the girls. Sometimes the ecchi stuff is a bit much too, for example when Raku accidentally sees up Haru’s skirt, like three times, and yet gets blamed each time. But this series is still fantastic. The development with the characters, the way the girls are really forming friendships along the way. I really like Onodera, and I like the way Paula is growing, but I’m still a big fan of Chitoge, and I loved seeing her trying to work with her crush on Raku in one of the chapters. That was cute.I’m sure this series has no end in sight, and while I’d love to see a conclusion to the romance, I’m just enjoying it at this point.[More of my reviews are available on my blog, Geeky Reading, to which there's a link on my profile.]

First, there is a race where the first boy to finish gets to kiss the girl of his choice, but every other boy conspires to keep Raku from winning. Next, Haku Onodera, Kosaki Onodera's sister, is introduced. She hates Raku, but has fallen in love with her "Prince Charming," which of course is Raku. Finally, there is a short sequence where Paula returns to Japan; she wants to help Tsugumi become Raku's concubine.I never expected to like rom-coms as much as I do when they're done right, and this is done right. It's extremely light, easy to read, and pretty damn funny at times. No, it isn't downright hilarious, and it doesn't have the drama of the earlier volumes, but it's still good. It's probably going to be an unending tale of unrequited teenage love. Raku has his harem of girls that like him, but he'll never go out with any of them. The series is charming, but limited. I still like it. ****
