By Jewel This book is written by a great author - Melissa Jane, with a great knowledge of how our hormones work together and shows us how to balance them for quick weight loss. I have struggled with my weight for years and have tried everything I could get my hands on to lose weight. My weight would not budge. I have lost 2 pounds in 3 days by following the principles and great recipes in Melissa Jane's book. It isn't always easy to change my eating habits while following this program but it is so worth it. The quick weight loss and the incredible miracle of not having that insane desire to overeat keeps me motivated. I also love that for the first time in a long time I feel good about myself even though I have a long way to go. I am relieved that I have a solution for living life without the bondage of being overweight and all the baggage that goes with it. I now have hope. Thank you so much Melissa Jane.

I realize it is labeled a "Cookbook" but with a title that makes a claim it should include something to backup that claim. Nothing written to substantiate the claim of "Hormone Reset", No information on why certain foods were chosen, or why these particular recipies will help you lose weight. No educational information included at all. Calorie and nutritional information is excluded and there is no information about the author's credentials, background, or experience. The free gift offered is a download regarding sugar and the email you receive asks you to click on a link that authorizes them to send you information. But once again you don't know who will be sending you info, what their background is, or what information you've just agreed to receive. I tried "googling" the author and the site the email came from hoping to find credible information but couldn't find anything.

There are ways in which you'll still be able to eat delicious foods which are beneficial to your health. And this cookbook entitled 'Hormone Reset Diet' by Melissa Jane contains various delicious recipes which can help in losing weight in a natural and healthy way. Just like other diets, it aims for people to lose weight in a healthy and natural way. With its mouthwatering recipes, you'll absolutely love this hormone reset diet. I personally love the pork hamburgers with grilled pineapples and the tropical treat smoothie. Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits so I'm glad it's been included in this recipe. It gave the pork hamburger more flavor.
